Scott is Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of CFI Education. Now based in Vancouver, Scott spent a significant portion of his career in London, New York and Hong Kong. Scott has a passion for teaching with over 25 years of experience designing and delivering customized learning solutions for firms in the financial services industry including JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, and HSBC, to name but a few.

Tim is the Chair of the Board of CFI Education. He has extensive experience as an internet entrepreneur, in financial analysis and investment banking. Beginning in 2005 Tim Vipond was an active participant in the capital markets with a wide range of experience spanning investment banking, investment management, and corporate development. Tim holds BA from Dartmouth College (Hanover, NH), an MBA from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia (Vancouver, BC), and is a certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA)®. Ryan joins CFI having spent over a decade designing and delivering training solutions for the investment banking and investment management industries around the globe. Based in London, Ryan is experienced at creating innovative training solutions that deconstruct complex products and ideas into simple to understand concepts.

Duncan is fascinated with pedagogy and loves course creation and design. He is an effective communicator with extensive experience teaching financial modeling, accounting, analysis & valuation. Prior to teaching, Duncan held senior equity research positions with top banks & brokerages. He has solid analytical skills with an Engineering degree, Master of Finance degree and a CFA Charter.

Prior to joining CFI, for over a decade Jeff Schmidt taught financial modeling and valuation to thousands of students all over the world. Clients included some of the world’s largest corporations and financial institutions, as well as many of the most prestigious universities in the world.

Andrew joins CFI after a long career in the financial markets in Asia and is looking forward to bringing his experience to his new role as Director, Capital Markets. Outside of work, Andrew is most often found driving his kids around, on the golf course or indulging in his passion for wine, but never all three at the same time.

Kyle is a former teacher, coach, mentor, and finance professional; he brings a passion for education, as well as unique credentials and career experience. When not at the office Kyle loves to travel and spend time with his family.

Seb Taylor is passionate about business intelligence, a world where data transformation and automation meet analytical superpowers. Sebastian has a degree in Economics and Finance and has spent the last 12 years working across Energy, Finance and Retail delivering analytical and automation solutions. As a fun fact, Seb once swam in the chilly waters of the Antarctic.

Meeyeon is based in Vancouver, BC. Having spent most of her career in Toronto, Meeyeon has previous experience in both the buy/sell-side of Finance with roles at Ontario Teachers Pension Plan in Fixed Income Portfolio Management and BMO Capital Markets in Investment Banking. Meeyeon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, with High Distinction, from the University of Toronto.

Joseph is passionate about driving better decision-making by creating, curating, and communicating insights from data. A data enthusiast with a background in Retail Banking, he is an advocate for making advanced analytics more accessible to a wider audience by integrating them into business intelligence solutions. He has completed a few half-marathons and is aiming to complete a full marathon one day - probably while listening to his favorite podcasts!

Helen is an experienced Human Resources and Organizational Development professional holding a Certified Executive Coach designation. She is passionate about learning, supporting individuals to maximise their personal and professional skills through teaching, facilitating and individual coaching. Outside of work, Helen is an enthusiastic kayaker and has a fascination with genealogy.

Prior to launching Rho Impact, Noah Miller worked in ESG consulting, social entrepreneurship, and served in a variety of internal and external consulting capacities. Most recently he spent two years with Summit Strategy Group, serving as the Senior Director of their ESG Consulting and Stakeholder Engagement Practice. Noah has also been an internal management consultant for Keurig-Dr. Pepper (a US-based and publicly listed multinational) and advised global non-profits on revenue generation and program development.

Glenn is a technology-minded CFO with more than two decades of experience in finance and accounting leadership. He is a consultant and author who writes about the intersection of artificial intelligence and corporate finance. His book, Deep Finance: Corporate Finance in the Information Age, provides a digital transformation roadmap for businesses to follow to become data-driven organizations. His expertise spans financial leadership and strategy, finance automation, data science, and operational efficiency. Glenn has a master's in finance from Harvard University with a graduate certificate in business analytics, and an MBA from Regis University.

Anna is an entrepreneur & investor with a background in online training and B2B enterprise software. She loves building high-performing teams with a focus on capital efficient go-to-market, people development, and culture. Outside of work, Anna splits her time between Nashville & New York and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Kevin has led finance and legal functions within small to mid-sized tech organizations for the last twenty years. He has a passion for streamlining systems and processes to enable businesses to scale more efficiently. He enjoys mentoring his team and watching them grow in their careers. He likes to spend time with his excellent wife, four daughters, and dogs when away from the office.

Ryan is a serial entrepreneur and former investment banker (Credit Suisse and Lehman Brothers), who earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business after serving in the U.S. Navy as a submarine officer. He founded and served as CEO of Macabacus, which was acquired by Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) in 2021. Ryan currently heads CFI's enterprise software division and is the driving force behind Macabacus' business, sales, and product strategies.

Gwyn is responsible for CFI’s website, from the user interface to backend development. When he’s not behind the screen working with code, he enjoys globetrotting and learning about foreign cultures.

As a former leader in education, Angie transitioned to the eLearning sector in 2018. Having led Customer Success, Account Management and Sales teams at Linux Academy, A Cloud Guru and Pluralsight she is passionate about building a strong customer-centric experience. Angie is located in Texas, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

Kristen proudly leads the highly-collaborative and hungry Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support teams at Macabacus. Kristen is passionate about building authentic, high-performing, and customer-centric teams to ensure the best possible value-driven experience for our customers. Passionate about revenue enablement, operations, and project management you can find Kristen crossing t’s and dotting i’s to ensure the success of the team and our customer’s experience. Outside of work, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family, reading a book, being outdoors, and painting.

John is part of the Macabacus—and now CFI™—team. As an engineer with a broad range of skills, he leads engineering for Macabacus. He is curious and passionate about everything tech-related and likes to tinker in his free time, automating everything he can in his personal life. John is an avid outdoor enthusiast, spending his outdoor time skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and sailing.

Using his teaching background, experience in building e-learning solutions, team management and analytical skills, Alex leads engineering for CFI’s Learning Management System. Alex holds a Ph.D. in Control Systems Engineering and in his spare time enjoys mountaineering and travel.

Jackie has a 10-year background in B2B software and online training. She loves to build high-performing, collaborative teams with a focus on Customer Success, Relationship Management and Renewal Management. Jackie is located in Texas; outside of work she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, two Shetland Sheepdogs Tyler and Joey, and trying new restaurants with her husband.

Dion oversees the Sales and Account Management team at Macabacus. He is a Fintech veteran and has spent the past 16+ years in a variety of sales/leadership roles including at FactSet, MSCI, and AlphaSense. Outside of work, he is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his family.

Rahul oversees the Customer Enablement team at Macabacus. He brings several years of experience in financial services, including roles at Deloitte and KPMG, and is a long-time Office power user. Rahul is a highly valued and trusted resource for both our customers and the Go-To-Market (GTM) team.

Elizabeth leads sales development at CFI. She works closely with both marketing and sales leadership to identify new business opportunities and expand the CFI brand. A results- and data-driven leader, she is also responsible for developing efficient processes and resources that optimize for scale as we grow. Elizabeth is an avid baker, audiobook junkie, and bernedoodle dog-mom.

Vig Venkataraman leads several Marketing functions at CFI including Growth, Lifecycle, Web, Product & Content Marketing. He brings 13+ years of experience across a wide range of industries - Retail E-Commerce, Financial Services, FinTech and now, Education - and is passionate about creating customer-centric marketing strategies & programs. Vig lives in the Chicago area with his wife, a newborn and two dogs. He enjoys traveling, spending time with family and listening to his favorite songs on repeat.

Brittany directs customer acquisition for the CFI marketing team. With over 15 years in growth marketing tactics, Brittany is passionate about understanding the buyers journey, leveraging SEO, and building and scaling quality marketing programs. Outside work, Brittany enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and quality time with friends and family.

Vijay has been working in FP&A for tech companies for over 10 years. He is a firm believer in the power of FP&A in empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions. He earned his Master of Arts in Economics at University of Texas at Austin. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, bouldering, and traveling.

A self-motivated and organized professional with 20+ years of both private, internal and public accounting experience. Compiled and analyzed forecasts, budgets, and actuals for both public and private companies that range from under $20 million to over a billion dollars in revenue. Highly involved in the implementation and management of the accounting systems and reporting tools used at each company. More than 15 years of supervisory experience that includes building, training, developing and mentoring teams. Key contributor in the development or continued collaboration with other departments to meet the company’s overall annual objectives.

Pavel’s passion is playing around with data and finding new and quicker ways to visually represent and analyze it. Pavel routinely works with millions of rows of structured & unstructured data, transforming them into meaningful insights for business leaders. As well as managing all of CFI’s internal analytics, Pavel helps develop our BIDA courses.

Yuting has a Master of Educational Technology and Learning Design from SFU and has been teaching and designing courses for learners from all over the world. She’s passionate about using adult education theories and various learning technologies to improve our students’ learning experience.

Amy is the Senior Manager, Learning Production and Design of CFI Education, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in the eLearning design space. Her career began in the Philippines, flourished in Singapore and continues in Vancouver. Specializing in developing eLearning solutions for specialized schools, Amy has also excelled in managing webcasting projects for multinational corporations such as Unilever and Olam International. This blend of experiences has honed her skills in crafting engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse audiences.

Jeremiah co-founded Elephant in 2015. He co-leads the firm's investment activities and management. Jeremiah is on the boards of CFI Education, KnowBe4, A Cloud Guru, Mosyle and several other Elephant investments. Prior to co-founding Elephant, Jeremiah was an investor at Accel, Highland Capital Partners and Summit Partners. He started his career at Silicon Valley Bank and Gold Hill Capital. Jeremiah holds an AB in Government from Dartmouth College where he captained the golf team.

Julie joined Elephant in 2016 and is currently a Partner at the firm. She is on the boards of CFI Education and AIHR, and also serves as a board observer for several other Elephant investments including A Cloud Guru, another leader in the eLearning space. Prior to joining Elephant, Julie was an investor at Insight Venture Partners. She also previously co-founded ALICE, a hotel operations software company that raised $39M in financing before being acquired by Expedia. In 2020, she was recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30 for Venture Capital. Julie holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Ryan has been a Partner at Arthur Ventures since joining the firm in 2016. Ryan joined Arthur Ventures from Mainsail Partners where he focused on growth-stage B2B software investments. Prior to Mainsail, Ryan was the founder of a software startup, an investor with Summit Partners, and a member of the Technology Investment Banking team at Piper Jaffray. Arthur Ventures has a portfolio of e-learning businesses including CFI Education, Cybrary, Datacamp, Linux Academy (acquired by A Cloud Guru). Ryan graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Entrepreneurship.
